This phone measures 54 x 85 x 11 mm and weighs 72 grams. There are 65,000 colors on the TFT touchscreen. The resolution is 176 x 220 pixels. The talk time is 2 hours and standby time one hundred hours.

The Cellwatch M500 has been called the smallest mobile watch in the world. It sports a 1.5 inch touchscreen with 128 x160 resolution. The standby time is 80 hours. it comes with 128 MB of memory and web browsing capability. Other features include mp3 and video playback, web browsing and SMS functionality.
