There are several Nordic Track sizes, and the buyer should examine each one before buying it. The following are the specs of some of their treadmills.

T7 si Treadmill

The T7’s belt measures 20 x 55 in. Its user weight capacity is 325 lbs. The treadmill has the DuraStride deck and a 2.25 HP cushioning motor. Its incline is 0 to 10 % with speeds from 0 to 10 mph.

There are a dozen predefined programs. Three customized workouts are included. Other features include a compatible port for iPods, a workout fan and a workout card.

The T7 si Treadmill includes a drive system so it can handle various kinds of runners. By using the iFit Workout Card Technology, you can check your weight loss.

The card will then determine your speed. A personal trainer guide will help you when exercising. The included fan has four settings. The Spacesaver Design permits you to fold the unit and save space.

T9 CI Treadmill

The Nordic Track size gives it belt dimensions of 20 x 60 in. The weight capacity is 325 lbs. It has a speed of 0 to 12 mph. The treadmill has a 2.5 HP motor and 110 volt electrical requirement. The treadmill has a dozen 12 workouts, 4 personal workouts and 8 weight loss programs.

Its DuraStride Adjustable Cushioning is designed to limit pressure on the spine, knees and ankles. The T9 CI has a moveable isolator. This lets you adjust the deck firmness. The T9 CI comes with a 2.5 CHP motor to operate the belt.

Nordic Track 7500 Elite

The 7500 Elite has a capacity of 350 lbs. The belt measures 20 x 60 in. Like the other treadmills, it comes with DuraStride Adjustable Cushioning. The speed is also 0 to 12 mph and the incline 0 to 12 %.

The 7500 Elite was created for demanding and vigorous runners. You can also use the iFit card to monitor your progress. The 2.5 inch rollers enable the motor to operate smoothly. Like the other units, the 7500 Elite allows you to listen to your iPod. There is also a seven inch screen. 35 workout programs are included.
