Great Britain

Full mattresses in Great Britain are smaller than the mattresses available in North America and South America. The width of a small double mattress is only 48 inches while its length is 75 inches. The dimensions of full XL mattress in Great Britain are similar with the dimensions of a small double mattress in North America and South America.

European Union

Consumers that reside in countries that belong in the European Union can only find one type of full mattress in the areas. A small double mattress in some European countries has a width of 55.1 inches while the length is 78.7 inches.

Asia

Like in Europe, consumers can only find a single type of full mattress in Asian countries, which is the small double mattress. Its width measures 48 inches and its length measures 78 inches.

Canada

In Canada, consumers can find three types of double mattress, namely the sofabed full, the full XL and the full XXL. The sofabed full is the smallest among the three. Its width measures 54 inches and its length measures 72 inches. On the other hand, the full XL mattress is 54 inches wide and 80 inches long. Lastly, the full XXL mattress measures 54 inches wide as well as 84 inches long.
